This conceptual film poster was developed as part of an Adobe Photoshop course exploring cinematic photo compositing and visual storytelling. The project focused on creating a dramatic movie poster by combining multiple photographic elements into a cohesive narrative image.

The final composition blends five distinct images using techniques such as layer masking, blending modes, gradient overlays, and tonal adjustments to create a unified, atmospheric scene. The visual direction draws inspiration from classic noir film posters, combining a moody cityscape, dramatic florals, and stylized typography to evoke themes of mystery, passion, and suspense.

Additional depth and movement were introduced through a hand-painted snowfall overlay, created with the brush tool to enhance the winter setting and cinematic tone. The layered imagery and dramatic lighting work together to build a compelling visual narrative around the fictional film’s tagline, “Passion, Murder, and Mayhem.”
