Noteworthy Magazine

Noteworthy — magazine design/layout

Noteworthy is a conceptual magazine developed as part of a university editorial design project focused on publication layout, typographic hierarchy, and visual storytelling. The project explores how editorial design can organize complex content into a clear, engaging reading experience.

Designed in Adobe InDesign, the publication establishes a cohesive editorial system through consistent grid structures, balanced image placement, and thoughtful typographic hierarchy. The layout emphasizes clean lines, geometric composition, and restrained colour palettes inspired by mid-century modern design principles.

Careful attention was given to pacing, negative space, and the relationship between text and imagery to create a visually engaging yet readable publication. The design demonstrates how strong editorial structure and consistent visual language can guide readers through long-form content while maintaining clarity and visual interest.
